Common questions

Playback stops or won’t start. Check your connection, then close and reopen the app. Playback continues in the background and from the lock screen; if it doesn’t, let us know which device you’re on.

Access codes. If a code isn’t accepted, double-check it and try again. You can clear your session at any time from the “About” panel.

Privacy and data requests. person.music is anonymous by design — no account is needed to listen. To exercise your data rights, see the privacy statement or email the address above.
