.music← playerTerms of use
Updated 5 June 2026
These terms cover your use of person.music, operated by Ita Vero. By using the site or the apps, you agree to them.
The service
person.music is a personal listening board. Tracks and artwork are presented for personal listening. Availability and the catalogue can change at any time — songs may appear, change, or disappear.
The music is not yours to redistribute
All music and artwork remain the property of their maker. You may listen for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not download (except where a download is explicitly offered), re-upload, redistribute, sample, or publicly perform the works without permission.
Our rights in the service
The service — including its software, design, look and feel, and the methods and know-how behind how it works — belongs to Ita Vero and is protected by intellectual-property law. Nothing here grants you any right in it beyond personal use of the site and apps as provided.
You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise attempt to derive or replicate the service or its underlying methods, and you may not use it to build or train a competing product. These terms and our public pages describe what the service does, not how it is built.
Access
Some tracks may be limited unless access is granted. Any access is at the maker’s discretion and may be changed or revoked at any time. Don’t attempt to bypass access controls or access audio you weren’t given.
User content
Listeners may suggest names for songs and leave comments. Public nicknames and approved suggestions are visible to others. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.
If you see content that violates these terms, use the in-app Report control on that comment or name suggestion. You can also hide content on your own device, but reporting is how the maker is notified.
We review reports and act within 24 hours — removing violating content and blocking the offending client from posting further. Repeat or severe abuse may result in permanent removal from participation. See our Privacy statement for how we handle the limited data involved.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Don’t disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, automate abusive or bulk requests, or use it to infringe anyone’s rights.
As-is, no warranty
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Ita Vero is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the “Updated” date reflects the current version. These terms are governed by Belgian law. See also our Privacy statement. Questions? Contact Ita Vero at yes@itavero.co.
